Volunteer Access

At Opportunity Foundation, Volunteer Access offers individuals the chance to participate in small groups of 3–5 people volunteering at local nonprofit organizations. Through these experiences, participants gain hands-on exposure to workplace tasks, develop new skills, and build confidence in a supportive, community-based setting. This program serves as a stepping stone toward greater independence, helping individuals prepare for small group work or competitive community employment. At the same time, it creates meaningful opportunities to give back, strengthening connections with the community while supporting local nonprofits.
