Become a Volunteer
Volunteer with Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon and help create meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Volunteers support our thrift stores, residential programs, community events, and fundraising activities. Whether you're sorting donations, assisting at special events, or helping individuals engage in their community, your time and talents make a direct impact on the lives of those we serve while strengthening our mission throughout Central Oregon.

Vocational Volunteer
Our thrift stores provide valuable funding for programs and services. Volunteers assist with sorting donations, organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, creating displays, pricing items, and providing excellent customer service. Every hour spent volunteering helps support services that benefit individuals across Central Oregon.

Residential Volunteer
Volunteers in our residential programs help individuals engage in meaningful activities, develop community connections, and strengthen social skills. This may include assisting with recreational activities, participating in community outings, helping with special projects, or simply spending quality time building relationships with residents.

Events & Fundraiser Volunteer
Throughout the year, Opportunity Foundation hosts fundraiser, community celebrations, and special events. Volunteers help with event setup and cleanup, guest assistance, registration, activity coordination, and community outreach efforts. These events not only raise critical funds but also increase awareness and support for our mission.
