At Opportunity Foundation, we provide a full spectrum of tailored support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From around-the-clock supports and supported living to personalized career paths. Including community employment, volunteer access, small group, hands-on skill building at our thrift stores and Payee representative services. We are dedicated to fostering independence for all. We empower every individual to thrive, connect, and actively engage with their community.

Employment Path helps individuals build confidence and workplace abilities through hands-on experience at our thrift stores and guided job exploration.

Provide personalized support, from 24-hour care to independent living assistance, to help individuals build daily living skills and independence.


Participants work at a local business for a few hours each week to build job skills and confidence in a real workplace.

Volunteer Access provides small group volunteer opportunities at local nonprofits to build skills, confidence, and pathways to employment.

Community Employment supports individuals in securing paid jobs with local businesses, earning wages and benefits while receiving personalized on-the-job support.
