8 Residential Home Programs
At Opportunity Foundation, Residential Programs offer a range of supports that meet individuals where they are, from 24-hour care homes to supported living services. Staff provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation, as well as instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) like budgeting, shopping, and managing a household. The goal is to help each person build skills at their own pace while maintaining as much independence as possible. Through consistent guidance, encouragement, and individualized planning, participants gain confidence in their abilities and work toward living more independently within their homes and communities.

24-Hour Homes
Our 24-Hour homes provide a structured, family-style group environment with dedicated around-the-clock staff every day. This service blends consistent, comprehensive care with a vibrant shared living experience, ensuring that individuals who require continuous medical, behavioral, or physical support can live safely and fully. It's about creating a true home where health, safety, and personal dignity are completely covered 24/7, giving both residents and their families total peace of mind while fostering real community under one roof.
2
Supported Living Homes
Our Supported Living programs are all about real independence! Helping individuals successfully run their own households and live on their own terms. Instead of structured group setting, we meet people where they are at, providing the specific, behind-the-scenes backing they need to manage bills, cook meals, maintain their homes, and master adult life.
3
Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)
Our ADL's services are focused on providing respectful person-centered support for the fundamental self-care tasks essential to personal dignity and well-being. This vital service assists individuals with everyday routines, including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, and physical mobility. By tailoring our support to each person's unique needs, we ensure their core health and comfort are fully met, providing the physical stability and confidence individuals need to actively engage in community life and pursue their broader personal goals.
4
Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL's)
IADL's isn't just about checkboxes or task. It's about autonomy! When an individual develops these skills, whether it's learning how to budget for a fun community outing, cooking a meal for friends, or navigating public spaces, they gain the confidence to pursue their own interests and truly engage as active members of an inclusive community.
5
Day Support Activities (DSA)
Our DSA program is dedicated to helping individuals maintain and build meaningful relationships while fostering personal growth. Through person-centered community events and tailored activities, we promote skill development and empower individuals to actively engage with the world around them. By supporting participations as they pursue their unique interests and passions, DSA proudly helps cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and connected Central Oregon for everyone.
