The Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon is a benchmark organization that is a leader in providing services to people in Central Oregon with disabilities.

We envision a world where people with disabilities are understood, respected, and valued by the public; where they are supported in their choices for jobs and places to live, are continually encouraged to grow, and are able to realize their dreams.

We believe the people we serve are important, essential members of their communities. We support them by developing and maintaining interdependent relationships though a variety of resources throughout the region.

Opportunity Foundation’s Board and staff exhibit a commitment to our vision, mission, and values, in a culture that encourages and sustains respectful relationships with each other. Our organization enjoys fiscal stability enabling us to provide quality support for people with disabilities today and well into the future.
