Opportunity Foundation has been providing behavioral support for individuals with disabilities since 1965. Our team of highly trained specialists are experts in creating positive, person-centered plans so individuals with disabilities can live more fulfilling, independent and inclusive lives. Following the assessment process and input from family members, caregivers, and staff, we are able to identify what structural tools work best for each individual we support. Some of those tools include setting schedules, environmental considerations, skills building, and employing effective teaching methods.
We now offer our services to outside agencies on a fee basis. Functional Assessments, Behavioral Support Plans, Staff Interaction Guidelines, and Oregon Intervention System Training are just some of these services.
